Earnings kick off

Outlook 10/13: U.S. equity futures were mixed on Tuesday as investors digested the first batch of corporate earnings and looked for updates on a stimulus package. JPMorgan Chase reported better-than-expected results for the third quarter, sending the stock up more than 1% in the premarket. Apple is expected to launch its first ever 5G iPhone. Apple shares were up another 2% in premarket. Amazon’s Prime Day starts and the two-day event could mark the biggest online shopping day of the year. Amazon shares gained 1.5% in premarket.

/ESZ20 Value: YVAH 3541 YPOC 3530 YVAL 3500 GAP 3534.25

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bullish (PBT 3595), but overnight looks more balanced, moving within yesterday's value, so these are the initial balance options for today's opening:

A) If market remains above LIS HVE 3511 with bullish internals, buy towards ONH 3535.75 GAP 3579 and ATH 3587.

B) If market moves below LIS HVE 3511 with bearish internals, sell towards YVAL 3500 HVE 3480 and GAP 3473.

Note: Overnight inventory is balanced and market opens within previous value area. Trading from responsive versus initiative is expected, so don't be 'too anxious' to trade early. If we're within value we want to have some patience until market breaks previous value.
