Outlook 11/23: U.S. stock futures were higher Monday after AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford said their coronavirus vaccine was up to 90% effective, becoming the third inoculation this month that was revealed to be effective in trial data. Futures cut their gains, however, after Dow Jones reported the Trump administration was weighing new measures against Beijing.

/ES Plan: Last session market closed bullish (PBT 3597), and overnight continues on that way (PBT 3606), still moving within Friday's value, so these are the initial balance options for today's opening:
A) If market moves above LIS YPOC 3570 with bullish internals, buy towards ONH 3580 and HVE 3588.
B) If market moves below LIS YPOC 3570 with bearish internals, sell towards ONL 3545.50 and GAP 3538.
