Outlook 02/08: U.S. stock futures set to open higher on Monday morning as traders digested comments from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and the prospect of new fiscal stimulus. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Sunday that if Biden’s stimulus plan is passed the U.S. could return to full employment by 2022.

/ES Plan: Last session market closed bullish, and overnight printed a new record high, moving above previous range, so these are the initial balance options for today:
A) If market remains above LIS 3895 with bullish internals, buy towards ATH 3900.50 and PBT 3907.
B) If market moves below LIS 3895 with bearish internals, sell towards GAP 3884.25 and YPOC 3880.
