Earnings deluge

Outlook 04/26: U.S. stock futures were mixed, but little changed, overnight ahead of the busiest week of earnings season and follow the first weekly loss in five on Wall Street. About a third of the SP500 are set to update investors over the next five sessions. Tesla will kick off the action this afternoon, while Big Tech will make headlines the rest of the week, with results from Amazon, Alphabet, Apple and Microsoft. That's not all. President Biden is due to release his "American Families Plan" this week that would double the capital gains tax for the ultra-wealthy. The Fed also meets this week, and is expected to defend its policy of letting inflation run hot at a press conference after the announcement.

/ESM21: YVAH 4186 YPOC 4176 YVAL 4148 GAP 4167.50

/ES Plan: Last session market closed bullish, but overnight looks more balanced, moving within Friday's value, so these are the initial balance options for today:

A) If market remains above YPOC 4176 with bullish internals, buy towards YVAH 4186 and PBT 4191.

B) If market moves below YPOC 4176 with bearish internals, sell towards ONL 4163.75 and YVAL 4148.

Note: Market opens within previous value area. Trading from responsive versus initiative is expected, so don't be 'too anxious' to trade early. Bad trades occur are when you try to force things to happen, don’t force it.
