Debt Deadline

Outlook 10/05: U.S. stock futures pointed to a higher open Tuesday as tech stocks bounced, one day after the Nasdaq sank. Volatility that accompanied September's market decline continued in October, with the first two trading days of the new month up big and then down big. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said on Tuesday she believes the economy would fall into a recession if Congress fails to address the borrowing limit before an unprecedented default on the U.S. debt. "I do regard Oct. 18 as a deadline. It would be catastrophic to not pay the government's bills" Yellen said.

/ESZ21: YVAH 4313 YPOC 4284 YVAL 4267 GAP 4294.25

/ES Plan: Last session market closed bearish (PBT 4205), but overnight looks more bullish (PBT 4350), still moving within Yesterday's value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for today:

A) If market moves above HVE-YVAH 4313 with bullish internals, buy towards GAP 4347 and HVEs 4385-4406-4423.

B) If market remains below HVE-YVAH 4313 with bearish internals, sell towards HVE 4292 ONL 4269 and HVE 4250.

Note: Market opens inside value, so don't be 'too anxious' to trade early. Bad trades occur when you try to force things to happen.
