Three days losing

Outlook 12/07: U.S. stock futures slide for a 4th day as rally stalls ahead of Friday’s jobs report. The job market has been a focus of investors this week amid a series of data releases. Jobless claims came in slightly below economist expectations, though the volume of continue claims indicates that the pace of layoffs hasn’t increased. Private payrolls data issued on Wednesday showed that employers added fewer positions than economists forecasted. The volume of job openings in October fell to its lowest level since March 2021. The question is whether subsequent data releases this week will show a similar cooling trend. November nonfarm payrolls and unemployment rate will be out on Friday morning.

/ESZ23 (Dec 2023): YVAH 4598 YPOC 4587 YVAL 4570 GAP 4555.75

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bearish, but overnight, after jobless claims, looks bullish, moving a few ticks below previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for today:

A) If market moves above YVAL 4570 with bullish internals, buy towards HVE 4582 YVAH 4598 and GAPs 4602-4616.

B) If market moves below YVAL 4570 with bearish internals, sell towards GAP 4555 YLOD 4552 and HVE-ONL 4549.

Note: If market opens below value and if it begins to trade within value, VAR comes into play.
