Canada tariffs

Outlook 07/11: Stock futures drop Friday, a day after the SP500 posted a new record high, after President Donald Trump announced a 35% tariff on Canada and threatened higher tariffs across the board. Trump then told NBC he was planning blanket tariffs of 15% to 20% on remaining countries, higher than the current 10% standard that investors had grown comfortable with. Traders were also waiting on a trade update from Trump on the European Union this week. Friday’s losses will likely push the major averages into the red for the week. Next week, investors will need to navigate the start of second-quarter earnings reporting season, along with the release of some key inflation data.

ESU25 (SEP2025): YVAH 6335 YPOC 6321 YVAL 6306 GAP 6320

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bullish (PBT 6355), but overnight looks bearish (PBT 6250), moving below previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market moves above YLOD 6287 with bullish internals/delta, buy towards YVAL 6306 GAP 6321 magnet and YVAH-VAR 6335 magnet.

B) If market moves below YLOD 6287 with bearish internals/delta, sell towards GAP 6272 PBT 6250 and GAP-PBT 6221 all magnets.

Note: Market opens below value and if it begins to trade within value, VAR setup comes in play. It's 'Capital Preservation Friday'. Try to be calm and focus rather than thinking about your P/L account.
