September kick off

Outlook 09/01: Stock futures fell on Tuesday, the first day of September, as inflation worries and elevated oil prices lifted bond yields in the U.S. and abroad, raising concern about whether the Federal Reserve will tighten monetary policy later this month. Global bond yields continued their march higher. The U.S. 10-year Treasury note yield scaled to levels not seen since January 2025. Japan’s 10-year yield reached its highest level since August 1996. Yields around the world have been rising recently as traders worry that persistently higher oil prices may drive inflation. On top of that, September has been a historically bad red month for stocks.

ESU26 (Sep2026): YVAH 7700 YPOC 7686 YVAL 7681 GAP 7702 IVR 74

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed balanced, but overnight continues on that way, moving below value/range, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market moves above HVE 7650 with bullish internal/delta, buy towards YVAL 7681 and YVAH-GAP 7700 magnets.

B) If market moves below HVE 7650 with bearish internal/delta, sell towards ONL 7640 and GAP 7632 magnet.

Note: Overnight is 100% bearish. The expected action is a counter-auction. Failure to see the counter-auction would be an indication of potential bearish trend day. Keep in mind when gamma flips negative, below zero, those same hedging flows reverse, adding selling pressure during declines.
