Outlook 09/27: U.S. stock futures point to a higher open, recouping losses caused by yesterday's political turmoil. China's top diplomat, Wang Yi, said Beijing was willing to buy more U.S. goods, adding trade negotiations would yield results if both sides "take more enthusiastic measures" to show goodwill and reduce "pessimistic language".
