Outlook 09/23: U.S. stocks futures set to climb again, after a bout of volatility that had tested the market's months long rebound. Better-than-expected earnings from Nike lifted sentiment after the bell. In Washington, Jerome Powell will head back to Capitol Hill today to testify about the government's pandemic response. President Trump also confirmed the U.S. would not impose a lockdown to curb the spread of the virus after Boris Johnson walked back some eased restrictions.

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bullish, and overnight continues on that way, moving above yesterday's value, so these are the initial balance options for today's opening:
A) If market remains above LIS HVE 3302 with bullish internals, buy towards ONH 3319.75 HVEs 3244-3359 and GAP 3378.
B) If market moves below LIS HVE 3302 with bearish internals, sell towards ONL 3291.50 YVAL 3265 and HVEs 3279-3231.
Note: Market opens above previous value area and if it remains above value, it is a clearly bullish signal. But, if market begins to trade within value witn volume increasing, Value Area Rule comes into play.
