Jobs Report

Outlook 12/04: U.S. stock futures are largely unchanged this morning after employment growth slows sharply in November amid coronavirus surge. Nonfarm payrolls increased by just 245,000 in November. Economists survey had been looking for 440,000. The jobless rate decrease to 6.7% from 6.9% in October. The November job gains would be considered strong under normal circumstances, but the pandemic has left millions of Americans out of work from jobs lost in the early stages of the crisis. The total represents the slowest job growth since the employment recovery began in May.

/ESZ20 Value: YVAH 3677 YPOC 3670 YVAL 3665 GAP 3670.50

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed balanced, but overnight looks slight bullish, moving within yesterday's value, so these are the initial balance options for today's opening:

A) If market remains above LIS YPOC 3670 with bullish internals, buy towards YVAH 3677 ONH 3680 and PBT 3684.

B) If market moves below LIS 3670 with bearish internals, sell towards ONL-YVAL 3665.50 HVE 3656 and GAP 3628.

Note: Market opens within previous value area. Trading from responsive versus initiative is expected, so don't be 'too anxious' to trade early. If we're within value we want to have some patience until market breaks.
