Outlook 12/29: U.S. stock futures are little changed on final trading day of 2023 with SP 500 seeking to end a winning year on a high note and possibly a new milestone. The SP500 is up 24.6% in 2023, with Dow rising 13.8%. The Nasdaq has led the way with a gain of 44.2% on the year, on pace for its biggest annual increase since 2003. All the major averages are also on track to notch their ninth consecutive winning weeks. That would mark its longest stretch of weekly gains since 2004. A big end of year rally like this is not consistent with the end of a bull market. It usually means that upward momentum is going to continue.

/ESH24 (MAR 2024): YVAH 4837 YPOC 4835 YVAL 4832 GAP 4833.50

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed balanced, and overnight looks slight bearish, moving below previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for today:

A) If market moves above YVAL-HVE 4832 with bullish internals, buy towards YVAH 4837 ONH 4841 and PBT 4850.

B) If market moves below YVAL-HVE 4832 with bearish internals, sell towards YLOD 4828 HVE 4811 and GAP 4800.

Note: Holidays weeks so volume is lower than usual. If market opens inside value let the market lead. You don’t have to be the first. Bad trades occur when you try to force things to happen.
