Solid earnings

Outlook 05/05: Stock futures move higher on Tuesday, while oil prices slid as traders reacted to a number of solid earnings results. Crude prices declined across the board, giving equity futures a boost. WTI crude futures dipped 2% to above $103 per barrel. While the ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran remains fragile amid fresh attacks in the Strait of Hormuz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Tuesday that “two U.S. commercial ships, along with American destroyers, have already safely transited the strait, showing the lane is clear.” This comes after President Donald Trump said earlier this week that the U.S. will “guide” stranded ships through the strait. Adding to the momentum in equity futures were yet another batch of better-than-expected quarterly results. PayPal gained nearly 3%, Anheuser-Busch InBev surged more than 7%,  Pfizer gained around 2% in the premarket after its first-quarter earnings and revenue beat expectations.

ESM26 (Jun2026): YVAH 7252 YPOC 7226 YVAL 7213 GAP 7226

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bearish (PBT 7173), but overnight looks bullish (PBT 7284), moving above previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market remains above YVAH 7252 with bullish internals/delta, buy towards HVE-PBT 7282-7284 ATH 7300 and PBT 7331 magnet.

B) If market moves below YVAH 7252 with bearish internals/delta, sell towards YPOC-GAP 7226 and YVAL 7213 PBT 7173 magnets.

Note: If market opens above value and it begins to trade within value, VAR bearish setup comes in play.
