Yields eased

Outlook 05/22: Stock futures tick higher on Friday as Treasury yields eased, leaving Wall Street set to cap off a winning week despite heightened volatility. The benchmark 10-year Treasury note yield shed 3 basis points to around 4.55%. The 30-year bond yield also lost 3 basis points to trade around 5.07%. The 10-year touched its highest level in over a year, as traders feared a prolonged U.S.-Iran war would keep oil prices elevated and putting upward pressure on inflation. Oil traded slightly higher Friday, although it was off the peaks reached earlier in the week, as traders hoped a resolution to the conflict could be reached soon. The bond markets close early on Friday, at 2 p.m. ET and remain closed during Memorial Day on Monday.

ESM26 (Jun2026): YVAH 7457 YPOC 7429 YVAL 7412 GAP 7468

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bullish, and overnight continues on that way, moving above previous value/range, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market remains above YHOD-HVE 7487 with bullish internals/delta, buy towards PBT-GAP 7527 magnet and ATH 7539.

B) If market moves below YHOD-HVE 7487 with bearish internals/delta, sell towards ONL-GAP 7468 magnet and YPOC 7429.

Note: If market opens above value and it begins to trade within value, VAR bearish setup comes in play. It's 'Capital Preservation Friday'. Try to be calm and focus rather than thinking about your P/L account. Fridays are rebalanced days for managers to open or close positions.
