PPI data

Outlook 08/13: Stock futures edged higher on Thursday as oil prices declined and traders digested more inflation data as well as a slew of fresh earnings reports. July reading of the U.S. producer price index coming in unchanged. Economists had called for an increase of 0.2% on the month. Excluding volatile food and energy prices, core PPI rose 0.2%, just below the gain of 0.3% economists expected. The lighter-than-expected PPI report comes a day after an in-line reading on the consumer price index. CPI for July increased by 0.1% month over month, matching expectations. The tame report gave the SP500 a boost, with the benchmark closing higher for the first time in three sessions. The report led to traders paring expectations for a rate hike in September.

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed balanced, but overnight, after PPI, looks bullish (PBT 7803), moving above value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market remains above YHOD 7794 with bullish internal/delta, buy towards PBT 7803 ATH 7820 and PBT 7827 magnet.

B) If market moves below YHOD 7794 with bearish internal/delta, sell towards YVAH 7777 and GAP 7772 YVAL 7764 magnets.

Note: If market opens above value and it begins to trade within value, VAR bearish setup comes in play.
