Quiet week

Outlook 08/17: Stock futures unchanged on Monday as growing artificial intelligence optimism among investors was measured against tensions in the Middle East. Investors are in for a week with fewer catalysts on the calendar, though the Federal Reserve posts its latest meeting minutes Wednesday. A slew of retail earnings are also on tap, with Walmart results due out Thursday. Home Depot and Lowe’s report Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. On the economic front, investors will be watching for the August Empire State manufacturing index, as well as the NAHB Housing Market Index for August.

ESU26 (Sep2026): YVAH 7819 YPOC 7804 YVAL 7797 GAP 7800

/ES Plan: Last session market closed bearish (PBT 7775), but overnight looks balanced, moving inside value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market moves above YPOC 7804 with bullish internal/delta, buy towards YVAH 7819 YHOD 7832 and ATH 7838.

B) If market moves below YPOC 7804 with bearish internal/delta, sell towards YVAL 7797 and PBT-GAP 7775-72 magnets.

Note: Market opens inside value. Don't be 'too anxious'. Stay patient. You don’t have to be the first. Bad trades occur when you try to force things to happen. It's Monday and Mondays are usually the quietest days of the week. Many traders want to take their time analyzing the market, and usually, there are few economic releases.
