VIX woke up

Outlook 10/19: Stock futures rise slightly on Monday, led by a tech rebound following last week’s rout in shares related to artificial intelligence. SP500 lost nearly 2% last week, its biggest weekly decline since late June.  Nasdaq tumbled 4.5%, snapping a four-week winning streak. Investors in the corporate bond market have started to shun CoreWeave, with the company’s credit default swaps reaching distress levels. VIX jumped to close at 20, the highest level in nearly three months. Options traders spent Friday scrambling for protection, marking a sharp reversal from the dip-buying observed this past summer.

ESZ26 (Dec2026): YVAH 7769 YPOC 7697 YVAL 7677 GAP 7697 IVR 104

/ES Plan: Last session market closed multimodal bearish, but Sunday's reopening looks balanced right now, moving within value/range, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market moves above HVE 7730 with bullish VIX/CVD, buy towards ONH 7768 YHOD 7809 and GAP 7857 magnet.

B) If market moves below HVE 7730 with bearish VIX/CVD, sell towards YPOC-GAP 7697 magnet  and YVAL-ONL 7677.

Note: Market opens inside value. Don't be 'too anxious'. Stay patient. You don’t have to be the first. Bad trades occur when you try to force things to happen. It's Monday and Mondays are usually the quietest days of the week. Many traders want to take their time analyzing the market, and usually, there are few economic releases.
