FOMC begins

Outlook 10/27: Stock futures rise on Tuesday as enthusiasm surrounding chipmakers led traders to move into the names for another day. Traders also monitored a slide in oil prices and parsed through a slew of corporate earnings as the Federal Reserve began its two-day policy meeting. While the central bank is expected to keep rates unchanged, traders will look for clues on whether another rate hike will take place before year-end. On the economic front, traders will be watching for consumer confidence data and the new home sales report.

A) If market moves above YVAH 7736 with bullish VIX/CVD, buy towards ONH 7749 and PBT 7778 GAP 7800 magnets.

B) If market moves below YVAH 7736 with bearish VIX/CVD, sell towards YVAL-ONL 7700 and GAP 7667 magnet.
 
Note: If market opens above value and it begins to trade within value, VAR bearish setup comes in play.
