Outlook 01/02: Stock markets around the world started to slide in the first trading day of 2019. Meanwhile, Democrats intend to vote tomorrow on a funding package to end the partial U.S. government shutdown, without providing $5B for a border wall with Mexico. At an impasse? President Trump has said "we have no choice" but to let the shutdown continue unless there was funding, but invited congressional leaders yesterday to a White House briefing on border security.

/ES Plan: On Monday market closed balanced but overnight looks more bearish (GBT 2416) moving below previous value, into 2472-2456 range, so we've these options:
A) If market remains below HVE 2472 with bearish internals, sell towards LVN 2456 ONL 2452.25 and HVEs 2444-2427-2415.
B) If market starts to move above HVE 2472 with bullish internals, be a buyer towards HVEs 2481-2491-2508 and ONH 2521.
