Santa Claus Rally

Outlook 12/26: U.S. stock futures rise slightly on Tuesday to start the last week of the year, as traders tried to end 2023 on a strong note. Investors still waiting for the “Santa Claus Rally” that refers to the final five trading days of the year and the first two of the new year. Market is coming into the holiday shortened week with momentum after the SP500 last week registered its eighth straight weekly advance, its longest streak since 2017. Those moves come as investors cheer recent data showing inflation is moving closer toward the Fed’s 2% target.

/ESH24 (MAR 2024): YVAH 4817 YPOC 4806 YVAL 4799 GAP 4800.25

/ES Plan: Last session market closed balanced, but overnight looks slight bullish, moving within previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for today:

A) If market remains above HVE 4810 with bullish internals, buy towards YVAH 4807 YHOD 4822 and ATH 4830.

B) If market moves below HVE 4810 with bearish internals, sell towards YVAL-GAP 4800 HVE 4794 and YHOD 4785.

Note: Holidays weeks so volume is lower than usual. If market opens inside value let the market lead. You don’t have to be the first. Bad trades occur when you try to force things to happen.
