Google Chrome

Outlook 09/03: Stock futures rise after Google avoids harsh antitrust penalty. Google parent jumped 6% in premarket trading after a federal judge ruled Tuesday that Google can keep its Chrome browser but won’t be allowed to strike exclusive search deals and must share its search data. The decision avoided the worst-case outcome for the tech giant, and largely drew from the idea that artificial intelligence has provided more choice to consumers. September trading began on a negative note, with stocks losing momentum during Tuesday’s trading session. September is a typically weak month for U.S. equity performance, it has been the worst month for the SP 500 since 1950.

ESU25 (SEP2025): YVAH 6422 YPOC 6412 YVAL 6385 GAP 6439

/ES Plan: Yesterday market closed bullish (above value) and overnight continues on that way, moving well above previous value, so these're the opening and initial balance options for current session:

A) If market remains above HVE 6433 with bullish internals/delta, buy towards GAP 6439 ONH 6460 and HVE-GAP 6475 magnet.

B) If market moves below HVE 6433 with bearish internals/delta, sell towards YVAH 6422 YPOC 6412 and YVAL-VAR 6385 magnet.

Note: Market opens above value and if it begins to trade within value, VAR setup comes in play.
